Our Story
Ravetllat Aromatics is a family business dedicated to fragrances and flavours since 1932.
1932
Founder Josep Ravetllat starts trading as a Givaudan distributor in Spain.
1962
Second generation (Jorge & Ernesto Ravetllat) starts designing and manufacturing fragrances and flavours independently.
1995
Third generation joins the family company.
1999
ISO 900:1194 certification obtained for the design and manufacturing of fragrances and flavours.
2001
First automated manufacturing robot added to increase production capacity and efficiency.
2006
Opening of new state-of-the-art laboratory facilities in Barcelona.
2011
Upgrading of our Flavours laboratory facilities.
2013
Expansion of on-site facilities, doubling production capacity.
2015
Opening of Mexico office (Ravetllat Aromatics Mexico).
2016
Opening of Dubai office (Ravetllat Aromatics Middle East Trading).
2017
85th Anniversary of Ravetllat Aromatics.
2020
